• Part of an ongoing project about life along the Old National Road in Indiana (U.S. Highway 40), I stumbled across this festival while driving the road. No small town could have a festival without a parade, and no parade can be one without the colors leading it. Lighting was behind the direction of the parade, but it did backlight the flags well, making them stand out.
