- Part of an ongoing project photographing Indiana life along the Old National Raod (U.S. Highway 40), I found this street carnival set up straddling U.S. 40 as part of a festival. The Ferris Wheel is ubiquitous to carnivals; because of its height, it can be seen for soe distance and serves as a "beacon."
