• IPALCO funded the creation of this memorial to all Congressional Medal of Honor recipients.  Each of their names, ranks and service are etched into the large glass panels.  The panels are organized by time period and a continuously playing sound system rotates through the stories behind the medal recipients.  It is an impressive monument and the glass panels are illuminated from the bottom of each panel at night.
