What if you had a "block party?" What if your city had one? This was the "Taste of Kokomo" downtown block party held on the city square. The city square is blocked off to vehicle traffic and admission collected is given to charity. Various local restaurants set up booths and sell food. Two mobile band shells are set up at opposite corners of the square by a local radio station to provide live music for entertainment. This is at one of the two corners not not occupied by one of the bands. The large building in the background is the county courthouse. Used the 18mm with its 90 degree horizontal angle of view to capture the admission table, courthouse and two intersecting streets on the square.
